(Yet) Another moment of weakness on DVD shopping

I could not resist. Today I picked up a new DVD collection of the Pink Panther movies staring Peter Sellers. These are a guilty pleasure with me. If you look at them objectively, they are pretty stupid and repetitive, but I just find them hilarious. "A Shot in the Dark" is my favorite of the bunch, but I find all of them watchable and amusing. Herbert Lom is in several of these and he is great as well. Also liked "Being There" with Peter Sellers which is a much more intelligent film than the Pink Panther series. Another guilty pleasure of mine for stupid but funny films is the National Lampoon "Vacation" series with Chevy Chase.
