Poor picture on web page

Was doing some research for work and followed a link to This page. Their technology could be great, but I think the picture on the page is terrible. The intent (I think) is to show how happy and enthusiastic he is with their technology, but he looks to me like he is screaming in agony/insanity after trying to get their stuff to work. Does not make me want to try their tools.
