I never liked that new MIT building, thought it was ugly.

Maybe it is defective too?

Oh, wow. The mitigation project of the century. :/ Rumor has it plenty of the residents would be happy to have it torn down and a new one built from scratch, if only they could be housed in the meanwhile.
