List mistake

I am on a listserv list for some mainframe technology that I have been involved with over the years. It is common for people to post job and consulting positions for this technology to the list. Last week, someone posted a position. Today, someone sent their resume to the whole list instead of the job poster. They quickly realized what they did and sent an apology. However, I always get a chuckle when I see someone do this. Its kind of like "Reply vs Reply to All". I hope the person's boss does not read this list. In this case it is a tight knit technology niche list so there probably a higher chance of someone inappropriate seeing the mistake than a lot of places.
